1. Service Availability
Rapid Mobile Tyre 24/7 provides mobile tyre fitting, tyre replacement, puncture repairs, wheel balancing, spare wheel fitting, locking wheel nut removal, battery assistance, and roadside tyre services. Service availability may vary depending on location, weather conditions, traffic, stock availability, and operational circumstances.
2. Booking & Orders
Customers must provide accurate vehicle details, tyre size information, registration number, service location, and contact details when placing an order.
Rapid Mobile Tyre 24/7 reserves the right to request photographs of the tyre, wheel, vehicle, or location before dispatching a technician.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, additional charges, or the inability to complete the service.
3. Pricing
All prices are subject to tyre specification, vehicle type, service location, time of service, and stock availability.
Prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided by the customer and may change if additional work, products, or services are required.
4. Payment Terms
To secure and dispatch a booking, Rapid Mobile Tyre 24/7 may require an initial deposit before any service is allocated.
Once the deposit has been received, the booking will be confirmed and dispatched.
Following confirmation and receipt of the deposit, Rapid Mobile Tyre 24/7 accepts responsibility for arranging and dispatching a qualified tyre technician to the customer's location.
The remaining balance must be paid immediately upon completion of the service using an approved payment method.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once a booking has been confirmed and dispatched, the initial deposit becomes strictly non-refundable.
This is because tyres, stock allocation, technician scheduling, travel costs, and operational resources are committed specifically to the customer's booking.
If a customer cancels after dispatch, provides incorrect information, is unavailable at the agreed location, or refuses the service upon arrival, no refund of the deposit will be issued.
6. Puncture Repairs
All puncture repairs are subject to inspection by the attending technician.
Repairs will only be carried out where the tyre is considered safe and repairable in accordance with industry standards.
Rapid Mobile Tyre 24/7 reserves the right to refuse a puncture repair if the tyre is damaged beyond safe repair, has sidewall damage, excessive wear, structural damage, or previous unsafe repairs.
7. Tyre Replacement
Where a tyre is deemed unsafe or beyond repair, a replacement tyre will be recommended.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any tyre selected meets the manufacturer's recommendations for their vehicle.
Rapid Mobile Tyre 24/7 shall not be responsible for issues arising from customer-requested tyre specifications that differ from the manufacturer's requirements.
8. Roadside Assistance
Response times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, road conditions, weather, distance, emergencies, and circumstances beyond our control.
While every effort is made to attend as quickly as possible, no guaranteed arrival time is provided.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that the vehicle is parked legally and safely with adequate space for the technician to carry out the work.
Customers must disclose any known vehicle defects, locking wheel nut issues, damaged wheels, or other relevant information before service begins.
Rapid Mobile Tyre 24/7 reserves the right to refuse service where working conditions are unsafe.
10. Service Limitations
Rapid Mobile Tyre 24/7 reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or refuse any booking where safety concerns, adverse weather conditions, dangerous locations, inaccessible vehicles, or operational limitations prevent work from being carried out safely.
Any such decision shall be made at the sole discretion of the attending technician or management team.
11. Health & Safety
The safety of our technicians, customers, and members of the public is our highest priority.
Our technicians reserve the right to stop work immediately if they believe the environment or conditions present a safety risk.
12. Website & Online Orders
Orders submitted through our website, telephone, WhatsApp, email, or social media channels are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
Rapid Mobile Tyre 24/7 reserves the right to cancel or decline any order if products are unavailable, incorrect information has been supplied, or payment cannot be verified.
